Google x Gemini Android | Mobile World Congress Ident

Google were looking for a playful ident for their large-scale 360° cuboid screen at Barcelona’s annual Mobile World Congress (MWC). The brief was simple: attract and engage passers-by with moments of intrigue, fun, and surprise, bringing the Google Gemini Android to life in a way that felt light, energetic, and memorable.

Given creative freedom to explore ideas, we worked with our talented friends at Voxel Wolves and developed a fully CGI, anamorphic ident centred around the Android character as the playful hero. The ident was designed as a continuous loop, featuring four distinct scenes, each minimal yet packed with personality. A lightbulb motif acted as the linking device, allowing for seamless transitions between environments while adding a charming narrative hook.
