Meet the Team

Joe Binks

PRODUCER | DIRECTOR

  • Company Director | Producer

    Joe has been producing films since 2011, working across commercials, branded content and animation for brands including Lexus, Google and Nike. 

    He’s passionate about collaborative filmmaking, building the right team for every brief and creating stories that stick. 

    Since founding Glass Onion Films in 2020, Joe has combined his commercial experience with a focus on fiction and non-fiction storytelling. With a diploma in Producing from the NFTS, his films have received funding from BFI’s Doc Society Made of Truth Fund (THE ELVERMEN) and the BFI Film Hub/Network short film fund (SOULMATE). Most recently, his short film Delivery was nominated for Best British Short Film at the BIFAs 2024.

Charlotte Sinden

ASSOCIATE PRODUCER

  • Associate Producer

    Charlotte brings a sharp eye for storytelling from a decade in television working on BBC and Channel 4 documentaries, including the BAFTA-winning 24 Hours in Police Custody  and Cutting Edge’s A Killing in My Family, which scooped Gold at the New York Film & TV Awards. 

    Since stepping into the commercial world, Charlotte has honed these skills for brands, working across branded content, animation, live events, and post-production - helping ideas transform into clear and impactful content and giving her the versatility to tackle any brief with creativity and precision.

    Recent highlights include projects for Wimbledon, COP29, Lexus, and Delivery, a short film currently nominated for Best British Short Film at the BIFAs 2024.
